We want you to love your Lazurde Rose piece. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and exchanges work.
Return Window
Most pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer service team through the Contact page with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, by bank transfer) within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or piece, let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange the exchange once the original item is received.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or bespoke pieces made to order cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
